Online Lab Access - How it Works Our labs are available worldwide, 24/7 and can be accessed via the Internet. Access must be scheduled and is subject to availability. Access is obtained via secure telnet (SSH) sessions to one of our gateway servers. From this point you will have pure console access to all of your available routers and switches. Remote power on and off facilities are also available on selected racks too - please enquire for details. We have also found that by using secure telnet to access our online labs, access speeds are more than acceptable for 9600bps console access. Typically, a core percentage of our students used 56k dial-up modems and were more than happy with the access speeds. You are also allowed multiple sessions to your lab, enabling you to have multiple console access sessions for up to 5 devices simultaniously. Online lab support is also available via email. Study material can be supplied at very competitive rates (See under online labs/lab workbooks). Our labs are backed up by an experienced team of engineers qualified from CCNA™ right up to, and including the CCIE™ Lab.
